Toscotec will supply two Yankee hood upgrades in Europe and in the United States to a leading tissue manufacturer that remains confidential. The projects are scheduled for completion in 2025.
Technological rebuilds: Limited Scope, Major Returns
On both projects, Toscotec will supply high-efficiency Yankee hoods complete with burner system and ductworks. The scope also includes TT Drying Equilibrium, an easy-to-use system that automatically adjusts the air balance in the hoods and air system to guarantee the highest productivity and energy efficiency. The rebuilds feature a comprehensive service package including engineering design, mechanical erection and erection supervision, commissioning, training, start-up assistance.

With these new projects, Toscotec strengthens its position as the global leading supplier of tissue machine rebuilds. The design customization based on the customer’s requirements, the ability to manage a full-on turnkey supply and to deliver on tight machine shutdowns are all part of Toscotec’s formula for success in this market.
