The 250th BTG Particle Charge Detector PCD-06 is sold to JK Paper India

The 250th BTG Particle Charge Detector PCD-06 is sold to JK Paper India
BTG Group has now sold the 250th unit of the PCD-06, a laboratory device which permits to determine the amount of charged substances in aqueous samples.

Eventually, the PCD-06 helps paper-makers defining the exact demand for chemical additives, allowing a responsible usage of resources – which saves costs and prevents process inefficiencies. The PCD-06 is the 6th generation of Particle Charge Detector, with already thousands of units installed throughout the world. This version is available on the market for less than 2 years, and BTG is very proud to already install the 250th unit for JK Paper.

With its decision to use PCD-06 in its 200’000 TPA multi-layer board machine, JK Paper demonstrates once more its commitment to high quality standards, thanks to an optimization of the chemistry on the wet-end.

BTG has been a long-term partner of JK Paper, with the provision of world-class solutions which have brought economic benefits to the pulp mill and paper manufacturing processes.

BTG Group is a multinational provider of integrated, highly specialized process solutions for the global pulp and paper industry. BTG is committed to helping its customers achieve significant, sustainable gains in business performance.
