This pioneering venture by JMC Paper Tech Pvt Ltd, a leading manufacturer of pulp and paper machinery in India, represents the first-ever Indian paper mill in Mexico and the first paper mill within Ciudad Juárez. This trailblazing collaboration unites expertise and investment from three countries—India, Mexico, and the USA— symbolizing an enduring partnership across continents.
The grand inauguration ceremony was graced by distinguished dignitaries, including Ambassador Dr. Pankaj Sharma, the Ambassador of India to Mexico; Mayor Cruz Pérez Cuellar of Ciudad Juárez; Dr. Oscar Ibanez, Representative of the Governor of Chihuahua; Mr. OscarLesser, Mayor of El Paso; and around 500 other esteemed guests, including customers and partners from across the world. Their presence underscored the significance of this monumental project for regional development and international collaboration.

Following the conference, the dignitaries performed a ceremonial ribbon- cutting to mark the official inauguration of the paper mill.
